Thrive Future Habitats Limited (formerly Ador Multiproducts Limited) has appointed Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2025. His appointment follows the company’s recent rebranding and ownership transition approved at the 77th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Singh, a 1988-batch officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), brings more than three decades of experience in infrastructure development and public-sector project delivery. As the founding Managing Director of the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), he oversaw the successful implementation of the country’s first Regional Rapid Transit System, setting new standards for execution and stakeholder coordination.

At Thrive Future Habitats, Mr. Singh will lead the company’s strategic and operational roadmap—strengthening its personal-care manufacturing business while guiding its planned entry into real-estate and allied sectors. His focus will be on improving efficiency, diversifying revenue streams, and embedding stronger governance and performance systems across all business units.
