Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh — Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer

Vinay Kumar Singh brings over three decades of visionary leadership in transformative infrastructure to his role as Managing Director and CFO. A distinguished 1988-batch officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) and the founding Managing Director of the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), he is celebrated as one of the foremost architects of India’s new-age transit revolution. Under his leadership, the groundbreaking Namo Bharat project—the country’s first Regional Rapid Transit System—was conceived and executed with unprecedented speed and precision, redefining benchmarks in infrastructure delivery. Renowned for his strategic foresight, innovation-driven approach, and deep operational excellence, Mr. Singh now channels this exceptional experience into the luxury real estate sector. His approach blends the discipline of engineering with the finesse of design, rooted in the belief that true luxury stems from thoughtful planning, timeless aesthetics, and uncompromising quality. With a calm yet decisive leadership style, he is crafting a future where luxury is not only seen—it is deeply experienced.

Mr. Tushar Balsara — Promoter & Director of Strategy

Tushar spent 22 years in the UK where he guided Fortune 500 brands through Digital Transformation. First at MediaVest, a Publicis Agency Group company as Operations Director and then at Google in London as Go-To-Market Leader, Strategy & Operations driving sales and commercialisation of Google’s Ad products in EMEA. Tushar has been involved in building new business and scaling large businesses and brings strategy, sales & marketing and team management experience.

Mr. Goonmeet Singh Chauhan — Principal Architect & Designer

Architect, urbanist, author and a futurist with boundless enthusiasm to push the frontiers of possibility and bring ‘Newness’ that is both ‘Delightful’ and ‘Useful’ into all that he does. He is passionate about transforming the lives of people and believes that our shared destiny can be altered through pragmatic ideation and collective action rapidly. In his recently published book ‘Invertonomics’, he proposed a ‘Dream for India’, steeped in Idealism, borne of Inclusivity, and tempered with Pragmatism. He has been named amongst India’s top 30 architects with numerous accolades. His most recent work has been the redevelopment of Vanijya Bhawan (Ministry of Commerce), Delhi High Court, Eldeco Centre: a premium commercial development, Select City Walk: the most successful Mall in New Delhi. His career spans over 1000+ residential, commercial projects.

Ms. Pinki Sharma – Company Secretary

Ms. Pinki Sharma is a Company Secretary by profession and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation from Autonomous University, Madhya Pradesh. Prior to joining Ador Multi Products Limited, she worked with C.J. Gelatine Products Limited (BSE Listed) and brings over 9 years of professional experience.

Mr. S. Venkatarengan – General Manager, Thrive Future Wellness

Mr. S. Venkatarengan holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.), an MBA in Operations Management, and an M.Phil in Management from Bharathidasan University, Trichy; IGNOU, New Delhi; and TNOU, Chennai, respectively. Prior to joining Thrive Future Wellness (a division of Thrive Future Habitats Limited and formerly Ador Multiproducts Limited), he held senior management positions, with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across India and overseas. He brings pharma and cosmetics experience across the whole lifecycle of operations, productions and quality control.
