Dear Valued Investors,

I am communicating to you today to mark the beginning of a new and exciting chapter for our company, which, after 77 years of operation, is evolving with a new identity, new leadership, and a bold new strategic direction. As the company’s new Managing Director, I am honoured to lead us into this next phase. 

Our change from Ador Multiproducts to Thrive Future Habitats is more than just a change of name; it’s a clear signal of our strategic pivot towards building a multi-faceted, diversified business. This evolution is guided by the timeless wisdom of Heraclitus: “The only constant in life is change.” We are embracing this change with purpose to honour our past while forging a more resilient and prosperous future. 

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the JB Advani Group (Ador Group of Companies) and Mr. Deep Lalvani, the outgoing Chairman, for their support during this transition. We particularly appreciate that they will remain invested as shareholders, a testament to our shared vision. I am excited to partner with our new promoters, Mr. Arvinder Singh Pasricha and Mr. Tushar Balsara, whose expertise in building successful companies and brands will be invaluable as we move forward. I am also pleased to be collaborating with Mr. Goonmeet Singh Chauhan, with whom I have worked on numerous projects in the past. Together, we are building a strong foundation of partners who will help shape the next stage of our company’s transformation.
