Mumbai, India – Ador Multiproducts Limited, a long-standing contract manufacturer of personal-care products, has completed a major corporate transition, including a rebranding to Thrive Future Habitats Limited, a change in promoter shareholding, and the appointment of new leadership.
The transformation marks the company’s next phase of growth and diversification while retaining its core manufacturing operations. The Ador Group, the existing promoters, will continue as minority shareholders, ensuring continuity of expertise and governance. A new promoter group, led by Mr. Arvinder Pasricha, has assumed control following the completion of a strategic equity acquisition and preferential allotment approved earlier this year.
Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh has been appointed Managing Director, bringing decades of experience in infrastructure and project management, most recently as Managing Director of the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). His appointment underlines the company’s focus on disciplined execution and long-term value creation.
Thrive Future Habitats Limited will continue operating its manufacturing facility in Pondicherry, serving personal-care and cosmeceutical clients across India. In parallel, the company will explore diversification into real-estate development and allied businesses, leveraging the new promoters’ domain expertise.
The change of name was approved by shareholders at the 77th Annual General Meeting on August 13, 2025, and will take effect on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) upon receipt of statutory approvals from the Registrar of Companies and BSE.
